If you want to submit things to be randomly displayed on the frontpage, we must inform you of the following. The 'conditions' here are to avoid any confusion or misunderstandings, so if you wish to submit art/pictures there are a few 'limits' that we must place on anything you send us.

You must tell us whether you wish to use a pseudonym/pen-name (please give this to us) or your real name, if you don't, we'll use your pseudonym. If you also want a link (placed directly below) you must tell us that also, which must be to your homepage, elfwood gallery or email. If no link/preference is supplied, we won't place one.

Any information (email, personal info) will NOT be given away except under the usual conditions set out in the site disclaimer. (see the bottom of this page for the link). So you don't have to worry about spam. The only correspondance you'll get is us either confirming details about your submission, or notifying you that it's in there.

• You give us permission to use your picture, and we will put your name and credit your artwork as appropriate, and can request that we remove your pictures at any given time (we don't claim it as 'ours', all 'rights' are yours solely.)
• However in interests of size and space, we must resize the picture to a maximum width of 260 pixels, and may have to compress it in .jpeg (JPEG) format to conserve space on pathways, if the width is less than 260, it won't be resized.

Remember that your works are randomly displayed on the frontpage via a script - if you've submitted it and been notified of it's addition to the site, it's there! don't fear!
